How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- Pravo na odustajanje od 14 dana. Prema propisima EU-a možete otkazati narudžbu u roku od 14 dana od primitka, bez navođenja razloga.
- Proizvod mora biti nekorišten i u originalnom pakiranju.
- Stroške vračila (povratno pošiljanje) krije stranka, razen pri okvarjenem izdelku ali napaki na naši strani, ki ju krijemo mi.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
